Just walk in to nearest TM Point.

If you are within the coverage, then you can apply. Within an hour you will be activated.

Good luck. biggrin.gif

Hi thanks! I went to TM Point Muzium just now to upgrade to Unifi 50. The guy said will be upgraded within 24 hours. No need to off and on modem also.

Activation only takes 1 hour huh?

You shall receive a SMS if your IPTV package is changed as well, once that SMS about IPTV comes, that means completed already.
You can reboot your router. smile.gif

they say u can subscribe UniFi 30 or UniFi 50 without any paid hypptv package. What i can say there's no such thing in near future rolleyes.gif

If that happens.your UniFi 30 or UniFi 50 will be RM 169 and RM 219 each before GST.

Anyone experience slow speed when downloading things from Apple server, like iTunes, App store? The speed I am getting is damm slow, even downloading the latest iOS 8.4, showing me 20+ hours, like not moving at all.

If i use Maxis LTE, the speed is normal for downloading from Apple server.

I do noticed this happens when I got the IP start wit 175.xxx.xxx.xxx, very slow IP address, dont know why.

Are you using a third party DNS server? Sometimes when you use other DNS servers apart from your ISP's, you will get slower download speeds from sites that uses CDN technology to deliver their contents, in short your location will be determined and a server nearest to you will automatically be selected. When you don't use your ISP's DNS server, chances are you might not be downloading from a server nearest to you (that is if the site uses CDN, Apple uses Akamai CDN).

Not using 3rd party DNS server, that is what provided by Unifi, I did not modify DNS.
My router settings "Connect to DNS Server automatically"

Now I am running with IP 110.x.x.x, back to full speed downloading from Apple server.
I having issue whenever I am connected to 175.x.x.x IP.

Strange.

Me too!

Can you please check your OCC UniFi? My contract didn't get refreshed, it is just continuing from my previous VIP5-VIP 10 contract which commenced in Dec 2014. icon_rolleyes.gif

My OCC Unifi also subscription updated but service start date remains the same.

BTW I didn't receive any SMS yet even though my OCC Unifi has been updated. Will check later once I reach home from office if my speed has increased.

It's OK, if your OCC UniFi is updated that means your speed is already activated. biggrin.gif

The wifi sometimes disconnected for no reason, on my phone and iPad. Is it I need to change something in the modem? The channel maybe?
