finally got offer upgrade my vip10 rm179 permonth to vip30+ hypptv jumbo pack RM219 permonth (before gst)..

now waiting for confirmation email..

Hi all ..succesfully upgrade from vip10 to vip30 ang got the email from TM bout the confirmation..but here some of the term and condition i want to ask for clarify here..

1. This is a computer generated email, no signature is required.

2. Upgrade / Downgrade of service will automatically renew contract for 24 month from date activate.

3. Internet access speed is:

a) UniFi 50: Download 50Mbps/Upload 10Mbps*

b) UniFi 30: Download 30Mbps/ Upload 5Mbps*

4. A downgrade fee of RM200 will be charged Downgrade is performed during minimum contract period. Not applicable for Unifi 30 & 50 to downgrade back to
previous package but same treatment will be impose if customer Unifi 50 downgrade to Unifi 30.

got question regarding term and condition no 4. does it mean if upgrade from vip10 to vip30 can downgrade back to vip10 without any penalty within contract period?

miss my free call to fixline during vip10.. sad.gif sad.gif

no prob for me after nearly 3 weeks upgrade from uni10 to uni30...very satisfied except no more free call.. sad.gif
