fruitie : The guide I gave you is not a proper access point setup but it is easier to configure. Most user shouldn't have problem with this setup anyway. biggrin.gif

Can I know what revision your router is? Mine's G3 but it doesn't seem to be supported. Kinda sucks that I'm stuck with a non-upgradeable revision.

Any firmware that is compatible with it?

I have DDWRT installed an older DIR615 (white with orange trim all around) from an old UniFi installation. Using it as wireless AP in the office and it works as intended.

Dahua. 720p. 6 outdoors n 2 indoors with mic.
They hit arnd 18-19max with mic. Without arnd 15.
Each of the outdoor around 2mbps with the indoor arnd 3mbps.

So gonna use second lower stream on the non important areas.

Connected through wireless or wired?

Try a wired Ethernet connection.

Which Unifi capable router support custom DDNS service especially dns.he.net? or Google DDNS?

Currently using Draytek Vigor 2130n

Update
--------
Just noticed Asuswrt-Merlin do support custom DDNS script based... what about TP-Link? apparently their AC router is cheaper

Not sure if this is related but I noticed that when I was using the stock router, I was still able to bypass the YouTube videos with Proxmate.

However, after using TL MR3420, I cannot use it anymore, it keeps on showing "the uploader has not made this video available in your country."

It seems Proxmate is no long working though it is enabled. It refreshes for a while and the message pops up again.

What could be the reason? Any settings I need to make in my router?

Also how to enable IPv6? I tried the methods shown on Google but doesn't seem to work.

I was using IPv6 when using stock router.

Edit: Gave up on Proxmate, using ProxFlow now. laugh.gif

You are entitled to your opinion which contradicts my actual experience.

Have you setup and operate a gaming server 24/7?

If you are DDOSed, even a 100Mbps bandwidth is "utterly done".

Yes, not with my with home pc.

A VPS insteas and yes, a mc server and also a few others.

Your PC is via LAN or WiFi as well? If LAN, then change router or use any other spare router as AP.
If PC is via WiFi, then change your WiFi channel in router. Some conflicts with your iPhone, I had this issue before with my iPad long time ago. That time I had to change to channel 6.
So, just play around.
