Just upgraded to Unifi 30 but getting this kind of speed : Download 12Mbs Upload 1.08Mbs
 Call Tm they say my housing area cannot reach 30Mbs speed. max can get 10mbs++ upload 5-7mbs Then ask me to call back customer service to downgrade back  Attached thumbnail(s)

I think that's the more technical explanation. the technician just tell me the cable won't work. impossible to reach 20MB also.if the copper cable old already, they cannot made any improvement... unless your jmb do maintenance work to laying new cable.... So now waiting for them to convert back to VIP 10. Hopefully can do it before next billing date |
