I'm using stock router provided by tm
Sometimes get connection drop, ie page stops loading halfway, so I have to refresh the webpage This is prevalent when using youtube, the video stops loading, I have to refresh the page for it to resume playing Is this normal or hardware issue? |

Buy medium end router can ad. wasted my money. upgrade to unifi 50 and my vip 10 much better. streaming 1080p youtube not seamless as vip10.

past week did u call 100 to reset ur port?

Last week YouTube is bad. Today seems OK. From 6 something until now still smooth.
Maybe TM doing upgrade stage by stage? Different location? |

Should I change to modem to a better one? I feel that the connection to my iPhone & iPad is not that good. Any recommendation? |

Guys, does anyone know how to enable the ports on the Alcatel 240 OTU? I've been trying to hook directly into it but only LAN1 is enabled and i cant seem to be able to find a way to log into it.

Change router, not modem, modem is not selling in the market.
