The problem is if LAN can get, it's useless for me.

I can't accept a bad stock router. They can't expect every single user to buy their own routers.

I think I will call to cancel the upgrade.

I think i want to complain to mcmc and see how before i opt for new router. The technician also seem on our side lol. saying tm already knew about the router problem but still went with the upgrade.

But at first time after my technician configure my setting, I did get about 26 mbps but that it, it only that one time.

Is yours the stock router?

Currently I have no issue with my WiFi, always around 11Mbps up and down on my VIP10. It's pretty stable for me.
Sigh, do I really need to?
I don't know how to install, I always have problems with router. Always have to spend 1-2days to figure which part went wrong.

You can log into your router then ay the page where the password is just change the page properties for that field from password to text. This is only applicable for chrome and don't worry that setting won't stick. You close chrome and reopen and it will revert back to normal.

This has nothing to do with the website. You have to do it in the router page. It's hard to teach you how to do it here so you'll have to google it.

No idea bro. I flashed my dir-615 to dd-wrt the moment the TM guys left and have already given back the grey one to them when I cancelled my unifi 8 months ago because the new area that I am moving to no coverage yet. Eight months now without internet really can die.

Am told that next week coverage will be open to us but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

How do you able to get 30mbps for that router? Mine also same but maximum i can get is only 15mbps
