Guys, just got Unifi for my home a week ago. VIP30 package.

Should I change to modem to a better one? I feel that the connection to my iPhone & iPad is not that good. Any recommendation?

Change router, not modem, modem is not selling in the market.

The router brand is D-link already surprisingly. Probably a lower entry model?

Anyone using Apple Airport Express here?

30Mbps is not a VIP program. wink.gif
Well, the stock router is not good but for iPhone and iPad connectivity issue which I had before, it's due to channel issue.
Please try to change it to other channels, I used to use 6 last time but it will be different for individuals.
Try that first before changing a router.

I see. Will try that. Which router is recommended btw? Asus?

Apple Airport Express can't replace the D-Link entirely.

Check this list if you are looking for a full replacement.

I see, thank you bro. I think I can find the RT-N14UHP locally around Kota Bharu. Hopefully it'll work fine and better.

UniFi routing issue, you are not alone. Many of us are facing it regardless which package you are using. sad.gif
I'm still having the issue...

Are you using the stock router or changed/upgraded?

Changed my old router to be an access point.

I see. Alright then. Will try changing routers.

Btw, how good is homeplug? Is it as fast as direct modem connection?
