To me it sounds like either a loose wiring or broken relay

Yeah...as others suggested, bring it to SC ASAP

There should have been a jobsheet, stating that your mechatronic was updated. You should also be able to ask for this.

Hey guys, had u guys always monitor for the oil temperature?
Since DSG issue due to the high temperature of gearbox, does it link to oil temperature as well ?

Normally what is ur oil temperature?

For mine, 97-100, sometime it reach 101.

Is it the door come out wif a sound like the lock mechanism is repeating the lock action? Seems like my friend's mk5 GTi has this problem too during stop and go traffic. I was wondering whats wrong with the car when i first heard this sound.

VW opens new Shah Alam parts hub in July last year,
so should be no problem.

Not sure how true this is. Last month when I had to replace my vent hose and water pump, the SC needed to order from Singapore. And my car had to be in the workshop for close to a week.

Probably they just stock common & problem-prone parts, for now..? Like clutch/coil packs, etc etc.

Maybe too cheap. I'd say watch out. Or if possible, go take a look at the car, check its service book, and enquire with the service center on its service records, everything. Could be clean, could had its mecha/clutch changed, or even the whole engine.

Or prolly try looking at a '12 SE Golf. It has sunroof (and 17" stock wheels); if you fancy something like that.. I know I do tongue.gif
