Yeah totally understand your feelings SC always try to reject our claims with every possible ways  sweat.gif
Previous owner modded downpipe, cold air intake, EBC yellowstuff and mapped to Revo stage 2.
So I've just changed a sets of lightweight rims, Yokohama V601 tyres, BC BR coilovers and I'm going to stop for modding for now.  blush.gif

Hi, any 2014 Volkswagen Polo Sedan 1.6 MPI owners?

Just wondering if anyone recommends any 3rd Party Workshops for the Polo Sedan in Seremban/Klang Valley, because want to service the car.

Hi.
Anyone here ever experience growling from gearbox after transmission service and doing clutch adaptation?

My Sharan DQ250 gearbox makes a growling sound during low speed gear 1 and 2. Also, sometimes the car will jolt when first start moving at gear 1 and reverse gear.

All this started happening after i changed the transmission oil and did a clutch adaptation.

growling sound almost exactly like this:

Using original oil or some other brands ?
Anyway it's been almost 3 weeks, i assume you probably got it fixed already.

My hubby's car had similar growling sound, more like sports car, but it was due to high pressure fuel pump I cost about 1k, kalau tak silap

mannol 8202 DCT fluid. i heard it works well on DQ250.
havent done anything to fix it yet because it isnt too apparent.
you need to struggle to hear the growl and the jolt rarely happens.

or my case, the growl only happens at low speed. could it still be the HPFP?
my foreman asked me for a video of the sound but i havent been able to capture it because its very faint.

Initially it was difficult to diagnose, at couple of shops, then SC manage to identify the issue, but the price was high and they asked to to change HPFP together with vacuum pump so he brought it to Vagteknik and they replaced with another used parts and tested, and recommended to just change the HPFP only.

Hope that helps.
