biggrin.gif I would consider the PSF price at max RM500. It's buyer market now, cash is king, we don't need to rush for investment.

I like the design, but jesus a studio for 2 person got 2 bathrooms and such a tall space that needs high aircond load.

Memo is out to all owners for the subcon to redo the common area corridor for each floor. At least something to cheer about.

really? please post some picture after upgrade. Were taken by surprised by developer’s take on raw concept with chicken pox wall decor. Looking forward to see developer’s take on “redo”

developer run out of funds and time during construction, that's why it's like this.

If they delay while looking for funds, they have to pay more LAD. Someone came up with the idea to claim that it's raw industrial design.

unfortunately, many uneducated are easily fooled
