Nowadays many minimalist concept

developers hidden behind this concept to rob buyers

Ekovest boss facing cash flow problems so cut cost at this project

Sure or not? He owns private jet.

Some got millions property but got no millions of cash

Spot on! I have friend A : stays in $2 million house, 3 luxury cars but bank account don't even have $200K

friend B : stays in $600K condo, 2 jap car but bank account $4 million


Many developer. over spend and over commit. looks good on the outside but cash very minimum. rely heavily on bank loans

we know la... what is not required is a proper touch up. so that’s what you see

not even 2 years. developer can close shop liao ,continue building highway better. At least ppl don’t stop and see highway got crack.

Just went there recently.. half dead as saw many vacant lots unoccupied as well as closed down shops.

Not much of crowd generally except f&b outlets

Tropicana Gardens, Tropics, EkoCheras, Encorp, Evomall, Glomac Mall.... now under surviving mode

Sunway Velocity is doing OK... at least become landmark of Cheras Maluri
