Average selling price now is around RM750 per sqft. Even after 30% mark down, it's still above RM500 per sqft. Is it worthy with this development shitty finishing?

Aircond is not spoil is it? just dun want to open it to reduce cost i think. which is pretty fair cause the mall is empty

Half complete project, rush to VP and claimed that it's raw design

Defects everywhere and water leakage due to bad workmanship.

As a customer, would u feel comfortable shopping there?

Developer, still under warranty. Mentioned Subcon is coming and they also mentioned the schedule with dates and floor numbers. Basically redo the corridor. But didnt say it will tile it or continue with the current "design". If stick to current then they must do the surface differently not rough like current but more "polish" way for easy maintenance. Thats the memo my buddy sent to me. When i showed him the pics shared here.

Emm. My buddy is also not happy with few things like the dropoff lobby issue etc. He is waiting for the formation of JMB to make changes for tye building. Well, we see it as common wheb managed by developer.

Seems the mall side is making own changes to the mall but slowly. i think once jmb is formed it will be better plus proper tile instead of cement flooring

The mall is doing ok. Though not really much branded store which limits the customer attractions.
