kpkt data may not be real time, unless not updated by the developer, certainly not outdated else kpkt lack data to formulate housing policy.

for certain kpkt data is more credible than from developer, sa and those with vested interest.

KPKT data is outdated. There is no obligation for developer to update the latest information to controller after the completion of the said building with CCC.

Planning to get duplex unit in eko cheras for ownstay. Any feedback from current owner? Is the price now higher than developer price?

If you are not in the rush, units may be available at vendors outstanding loan amount.

Better to find out n reverse engineer to calculate net price the vendor bought?
