Can built mall, highrises... And now going to build Bandar Malaysia... But the flood issues never solved....

The flash flood location is under the MRT stn or directly in front of the mall? If it is the former then you can understand.

There are >53,000 airbnb listing in this country and average occupancy per listing was about 61 nights in 2019. besides some popular places, most are losing money.

no point what can be seem from top.....

if you have a great top view out, haters will concentrate on lower floors and very happy to let you know that buildings are not well built, water featured carpark, water pond and serenity in front of mall, whats else.....empty mall, dying mall, dangerous workmanship, bare and naked design, lowest rent that cant cover instalments, lelong units (so many lelong units kambing, but only one transacted at just slightly below 500k. and people expecting it to be lelong off at 350k, Airbnb tak boleh jalan despite someone friends here said business not bad, he is probably just syiok sendiri).

why compare with worse project? lol. why not compare with other project which doesn't have this problem.

so what i lost a leg, i still better than those who lost two legs and in a wheelchair. you both equally bad

but airbnb is not the sole indicator of value for one property lor to be fair.
some buy for own stay, some buy for long term rental, some buy for airbnb.

"Undeniable FACT" then proof lai.

Airbnb numbers is from Airbnb. How average 17% occupancy rate could be not bad is beyond business sense.

Does the 17% specifically said ekocheras???? Do you have numbers for ekocheras before you spread yr wisdom on average report speciifically targetting every single project including ekocheras??

What does average pay in malaysia??? If you are currently earning more than average, are you so hor sim to return the extra pay back to yr employer and pocket only the average????

I am not into airbnb so it doesnt bothered me a bit on its performance.

But for you ro quote average national wide as every property is worse than kindergarten kids.

So go and take the national house price and try to look for a place in klang valley and stay there forever ever after.

You are truly blinded by average nationwide.

your whatever Airbnb average figures you obtained definitely exclude or exempt of eko, unless otherwise you can prove that eko Airbnb figures are included.
