developer going convert 100 unsold unit to airbnb , with existing more than 50 Airbnb unit.. hard to survive during low season. maybe after CNY can see rm 70 /night

compare to my Airbnb , rm 75 too cheap how to survive.. price war will kill the market

operator won't die just owner will complaint income not as expected , most owner expect Airbnb income can cover their installment
