Guess u seldom stay in airbnb, the price havent add in cleaning fee and service fee la, its just a normal clickbait from owners to attract u with super low price, but when go to summary u will hav the full nightly price
So far even seri kembangan airbnb rate seldom falls below 100, rather stay in hotel with full amenities and services

I have verified above ads. Firstly, only one night priced at rm75 till end Of March. Even with rm75, after price in the service and cleaning fee, the rate is more than rm150. Still pretty cheap.

Btw, those in Airbnb or familiar with airbnb know that the money is not in the apartment rate but at the cleaning and service charges...

yea... the way airbnb show the price to attract stayers to visit with the low pricing... once added all the service and cleaning fees... its actually where the chunk of profit come for operators...

Bro using same basis... This specific unit the average rental rm120- 140

Btw why u didn't show the property name? If it is good, price about rm500k+ we also can invest in! Good for owners also to increase subsale demand.

operator won't die just owner will complaint income not as expected , most owner expect Airbnb income can cover their installment

Airbnb average room rate is cheaper than equivalent hotel room but capex is higher and occupancy rate is not higher. It doesn't make business sense to operate Airbnb in most places.

that week i mentioned its off peak ma... ppl stay at airbnb from 2nd jan til 25th jan to ready for CNY meh... lol... inclusive of the cleaning fees and service fees... can up to rm200 per day wor... lets say just 20days occupancy per mth... not bad money ma... especially for those with LAD...

cleaning fee is rm60 per stay, dun care if you stay for 2 nights or 2 months, still flat rate rm60 or whatever figure determined by owner. how to profit from cleaning fee????? you still need to hire an indo maid to clean the place.

arbnb fee is pocketed by Airbnb inc, neither the operator nor owner can pocket this money.

am not sure if Airbnb is doing roaring biz there, but you can always see guys with luggage moving in and out from lobby area,

When interest rate hike for 0.25% the tenure will actually extended for 35 solid months for a 30 yrs loan !

kalo u ada access to back end reports as airbnb host.. cleaning fees definitely ada good money also... brows.gif brows.gif and if u have multiple units performing well then cleaning fees sure ada extra... hire indo maid is the least of the issue... provided if your occupancy rate is good... kalo 15 days pun tak de for all the units... then gg sooner than later...

hence why i say with enough units under your care... for single owner doing 1 unit airbnb... nah... no meat eat... in fact dont waste time with airbnb... thats why so many operators in the market do for owners... because of the supplies... tongue.gif tongue.gif
