Airbnb service provider and owner are different entity.

owners who have free time can manage airbnb + sublet others units and handle it together as well...

you need to see which day its first lah…...most of the cheap days are on tues and/or wed only. you need to take an entire weeks average at least if you want to make sense of the rate.

you can find summer suites and Robertson same rate also, both inner city airbnbs.

kill what industry???? how many units you have in ekocheras that the rate will kill you off? you can also advertise rm60 per night also. Its free country anyway.

appointing Airbnb operators are not the long term solution. sooner than later either jmb will ban kau them or local council will impose restriction on them.

owners managed units also not easy as guests may come in anytime of the day. if you want to earn the rm60 per stay cleaning fee, guess who will need to do all the hardwork?

Mall business seem getting better, more tenant move in including GSC.

Stayed Few night there, can be better overall, great potential in this place, as office and hotel is upcoming soon
