I did verify with friend. his boss told him IGB boss begged him to take 2 lots of shop office. I can ask my friend for his boss's full name to confirm the story.

now your turn, where is your source? can I get in touch with the persons that passed on the news to you??

Aiyo like that also mau gaduh, i personally think EKC is not a fail mall. Was just hoping they put more effort in the workmanship. Other than that it is in the right place and location with a good neighbourhood to support. Quite a nice place to do shopping, very spacious

my friend boss said so lah.......his arm was twisted by igb boss. he took 2 lots lah.....ended up became his bestest investment ever.

Just a personal experience to share with. I went to EKC mall during cny. While the layout and decorations may not be that impressive, overall experience is not bad at all. The entrance of car park is right next to the main road. There are good food to eat and indeed many customers to have lunch and dinner there. The mall is big enough with choice and variety which one is willing to meet friends there and not to mention the spot next to station which is accessible for those friends who choose not to drive. All my friends feel quite a good spot for gathering.

block J entrance can't pretty much see that "J" sign due to color is yellow and wood color is light brown

love how they spun the article and the savings in finishing the work compared to a normal manner. some parts look unique for now but I'm thinking of how it'll look a few years down the road.

I think even by a couple of months it will be an eyesore.

For owners/renters, children's pls do get some protective wares (gloves,clothes) hahaha
