I remember EKC also got a waterfall feature like this months back, still got a not during the last downpour?

Went to Ekc mall last weekend. Everything is ok. No sogn of wet carpark lots. Many new shops (both eateries and retail shops) opened too. Just need village grocer and cinema to further boost the visitors.

ekc mall is on the wrong side of the road, may attract visitors during weekend and holidays but not during weekdays. unless rental is cheap, not many shops and eatery could sustain with only weekend crowds.

for malls that opened last year, EKc mall can be listed as 'the best performing mall' already...….

you are creating an issue out of mole hill.

when EKC busy on weekend, you said weekdays biz no good.

then you proceed to say ekc is on the wrong side.

basically there is NOTHING GOOD coming out from your mouth.....every thread is a doom day for you. Nothing will make you happy...….

For reasons, big names conduct traffic study before choosing their sites. whether ekc could defy consumers behaviour, time will tell.

life is not perfect or idealistic especially in making money/investment. many are blinded by greed, ignoring risks. as a bystander, i am just pointed out those obvious risks.

did you know that mid valley was almost a bankrupt and igb boss needed to beg his peers to buy up shop lots there?????

not everything black and white the way you see it....and for you, all projects are doomed and failed.....

Believe the original mid valley developer was one overstretched flamboyant developer, not igb, and none of mv retail space is sold.

I knew one of the previous owners of the land proposed to develop Syed Putra Mall, but nothing was built on the spot.

you can verify with those who have retired from igb and relevant department.

I did verify with friend. his boss told him IGB boss begged him to take 2 lots of shop office. I can ask my friend for his boss's full name to confirm the story.
