As for the delay, a guesstimation is presented earlier.
Late entry buyers like this time around should not have to serve as much interest as earlier buyers like us.

Really hope not the outer layer color... Didn't match the orange color printed on brochures..

In a way, the surrounding high volume units supply additional foot fall to EkoMall and LM Malls...

P/S, You have yet included the MajMasim, potential Viva Impiana, Cheras Hartamas project, Jln Semerah Padi, Dupon Island etc... (Mostly LH except Viva) tongue.gif

I have checked back the old thread for the 1st batch SPA stamped date

I found out dated on April 2014

So if this development is 48 months from SPA date, is there any possibility to hand over by next year? ??

If unable to meet the deadline, you think developer will compensate LAD in full to purchasers nowadays? ?

If the developer unable to retain the progress of work once unprecedented happening to property market next year! !!

Is it the time for all of you need to be concerned? ??

If the color matches EkoVest's logo color (sticked on those barricades in the previous picture) then maybe they wanna promote their "branding" and l have nothing to say la....

But if this is not their color, then l hope it is not the outer layer color...

So far I had not heard any one given a positive feedback on that color.

if you have bought, there is nothing much buyers can do now. Just wait til vp..........

actually wait til mall opens and see if the mall wong or not. If the mall berri wong, then I dun think they have problem finishing the apartments.
