Personally i feel Velocity area is a good location to invest, but for time being there are about 6 to 8 project happening with the same time with various price, advantages and disadvantages.......
Holding power is still a key factor for the investment at this moment...... |

May i know from the taiko who purchase the property what is the progressive payment schedule like as of now? reached "2(b) the reinforced concrete framework and floor slab of the said Parcel" already?

Agent inform that Shopping Mall and Block H and J will be completing by Sep 2018, accordingly to them the source is from developer. Is that the estimate completion date that given by developer?
