It might seem bad when the currency aredepreciated badly, drop of petroleum price bring bad impact for raw natural resources production country, and high FD rate. However, I does believe that Fitch rating is reliable. When they remain our rating, I believe our economy are still in safer zone. It is true that market, investor and spender are more conservative. somehow I don't see it as a bad thing. At least it shown that peoples are aware of the risk and well prepared for that, all investment and spending are made with Stronger foundation.

i think buy lrt/mrt linked projects hv good value in d mid to long term as once the mrt lines start operation in 2017 the demand for such properties will spike.

We don't actually have much advantage. if you really think that way, I rather suggest you to buy at those area with no coverage yet and bet for government to announce new additional line. Buy before they announce is the only way.
