the cost for 1unit condo around tis area about rm150k only
for tis lowcost, the cost is lower than 100k
they still making profit

Semenyih/Beranang still have plenty of land bank for the construction of landed property, not to mention highrise..

Yeah, that's why I said this is subsidized unit, it is meant for those low earners to buy for own stay.

Not meant for people to use it as investment tool to maximize the ROI... doh.gif doh.gif

but how many of us here not already bought a house? how many will qualify unless you borrow your little brother or sisters IC to buy.

Bear in mind that most of these apartments have 50% bumi quote and lishold.

See some earlier posts. Just to clear the air - Simfoni is freehold property. Bumi quota is 70% on it.
