East Gate. Just tell the guard you want to go in to 6c6c the sales gallery / show village. So far haven't encountered any problem with that.

Easier to go via North Gate as it connect to Ecohill through red carpet bridge and sales gallery and show houses also there. East gate is near by Kesuma and where RSK and low n medium cost apartments is located.

- 870 units on 10.93 acres land --> 80 unit/acre
- 28 units with 3 lifts per floor
- 3 blocks, 11 floors
- RM100K / unit
- Built up: 750 sf
- Average 1 open space car park per unit, but no specific allocation, ie owner can park at any car park space.
- Perimeter fencing, single entry with guard
- 3 bedroom + 1 bathroom + 1 toilet

At least it has perimeter fencing with guard.. Guardhouse shall be provided as well? hmm.gif

Yup there will be a guard house. If based on the model, there is no gate (palang) placed on the guard house but the SA clarified there should be one biggrin.gif

- RM300k (tentative)
- built-up: 900 sf
- 900 units in 2 blocks
- 1 block: 28 units with 4 lifts per floor
- 1 block: 18 units with 3 lifts per floor
- 2 car parks (likely 1 open space + 1 covered)
- 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms
- Facilities: shall be similar with Karisma
- Perimeter fencing & guarded
- Security features: tak tau lagi...

Launch date: end 2015 / early 2016 (tentative)
Note: not sure whether Karisma or Harmoni will be launched on the tentative date.

One interesting thing found out from the Simfoni ground breaking ceremony - it was reported that the 1st batch of the commercial will be ready to handover in 2H2016! It means Ivoris will be ready by then! rclxm9.gif

I notice there is one unit completely built. Izit to be used as a reference unit for contractor? Something like a "show house" for contractors. So that construction mistakes can be minimized?

hehehe... If you follow the construction progress of Setia Ecohill, similar scenario happen as well.. Seems like a "tradition"... During that time some of other forummers also have speculated this reason as well..

Personally I don't know whether this is true.. rolleyes.gif
