I think for type E is corner unit and have fresh air comes in to the Bilik Tidur 2..

Yup just noted "pertengahn" and "tepi" but wonder any other diff since from the layout both look the same.

On the other note, the Rumah Selangorku scheme is meant to help the lower income group to own a shelter. Those who own it shouldn't try to make profit out of it doh.gif

I thought there supposed to be some guidelines to follow? I hope ppl it for own benefit (i mean to make money). This is for ppl to have their own home and not for profit making. Btw, both types looks the same except the window. Also, seems like both bathrooms are side by side hmm.gif

wah, 100k ah... den not worth to buy any medium cost d coz if i wana buy for own stay, i will die die oso Q to wait for rumah Selangorku. medium cost is way too expensive.

Bro, this presumes you have fulfilled the requirements of Rumah Selzngorku leh which includes household income btw RM3k - RM8k, you/ your spouse do NOT own any house in Selangor. But apparently you are disqualified liao tongue.gif

Yeah, it is stated clearly that the unit purchased shall be for own stay and NOT to be rented out. Of course it also states that sale is only allowed after 5 years - to avoid flippers from benefiting it.

Will probably take some time to sell this whole precint but offer good mix to the township in terms of variety, contribution to the population number and probably more choices to buyers who opt for lower entry cost esp in this market.

I'm from selangor, but now living in JB coz working here almost 3 years already, eligible to apply for this rumah selangor house?
