International is nice to have and can attract expat into the township. It'll increae the appreciation. So afterall no harm to have international school. I would prefer a good government primary and secondary school. Not every parents afford to send their kids to international school. I am one of those.
I compare the setia alam and em since the same group is developing the township.. Em is better in the overall planning. Both town are almost the same distance to klcc, since i work in klcc. However, i noticed that what makes setia alam flies is the industry/factory near shah alam and klang. There are many hires that working in the factories but how about semenyih and kajang. These create a supply and demand that drive up the propert price. As i noticed, there are not too many business activities that can help to attract and sustain the township.
I'm not familair with Semenyih and Kajang. Can anyone shed the light?

Opening an international school are cheaper and easier than applying a government school (for developer).try to apply a sekolah tamil and sekolah cina and see how long and how much (to build) it would probably take.

As I said, be it international school or local government school, people tend to have it as a choice and it serves for different targeted market requirement. If being given a choice between a housing project with international/national school and the other one doesn't have such facility, people definitely will choose the former. But if given a choice between a housing project with international school compare to another one with national school, it shall depends on the individual preference, some will opt for national school but some other will choose international school instead, all depend on the individual's need and requirement. I presume it is not fair to claim housing project with national school shall be always superior than the one with international school or vice versa, as it depends on the individual preference and requirement.

Ecohill / EcoMajestic are "gifted" coz before they are here, we already have 2 chinese primary schools in Semenyih. Currently with the entrance of Tenby and perhaps another choice of SRJK in EM, we will have a quite comprehensive hub of education service within the vicinity. The condition is much better than area such as Mahkota Cheras/Sungai Long which already have thousands of people have bought property there but till now still fighting for the completion and opening of a SRJK in that area..

i saw the tenderfields sale chart. Tenderfield has several sizes. Most hv achieved 80 to 90% sales except for 1 type (cant recall which type, could be the bigger size one) which only recorded 30% sales. The SA told me they just opened it for booking quite recently but i cant verify whether what she said is correct or not.
