It's still dual key concept design just due to office suites status, they cannot partition there. The red circle there is where to add in the partition door.

I am amaze this project 1110 units but only 5+1 lifts provided. It is a whopping 220units/lift. To put in perspective, summer suites one block about 440units are with 4+1 lifts with ratio of 110units/ lift.

it should be at least 5 lifts on low zone and another 5 lifts on high zone for office suites.

the keyword here is airbnb. i struggle to see what sort of size u need to be to sleep in here with comfort. for lillipution maybe... most of the room 2 window is so small... worse than many kl budget hotel

any project along jalan ampang also a doubtful investment.... depends on your own view.... others pricing above 1000 psf... airbnb nope, rental nope, appreciation nope.... this one the only issue seems high density and commercial title.... but compare to normal size condo... maybe its just 500 per block only... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif
