I suddenly feel 1.5k is an average dense for a project in jalan ampang. Seriously this jalan ampang is gonna be super high dense.

Idk who is gonna invest here. I was so close to purchasing Elements 4 years ago. Thank god the bank rejected my loan back then. I still remember when I was naive and new to property, I bought single words everything the SA said.

Good luck investors. The jam is disgusting. Jalan Ampang is disgusting.

two land plots here.

1) Lot 104 - mixed commercial development

total apartment units = 1,400 units


2) Lot 11979 - residential development

total apartment units = 1,002 units (inclusive of 306 units which deems to be priced at affordable pricing. LOL


two plots here already see 2,402 units in 5 - 6 years time.


another Lot 76 to be jv between Crest Builder and Lembaga Getah Malaysia

estimated to have at least 550 units apartments.

so, we will see about 3,000 units cluster together at the corner. Dun forget also the Jalan Berembang one 1,099 units which was abandoned for so many times already.

jalan ampang need a damn monorail or Xrt... just ANYTHING to deal with this high density. from klcc to ampang point.
