I advice not to buy this TitlJay@ developer developed projects. I'm one of the owners at Neu Suite @ Jalan Ampang. Developer themselves delayed the documents, but when VP that time ask us as buyers to pay the late interest advice because of the bank late release money to them.
Then the quality of the development are bad, during defect inspection, we notice a lot of defect on wall, windows, and bathroom. Who wish to know more about this project can PM me, I will invite them to the Owners chat group. We share all the things there. |
