also I believe those sold at 1400psf now finding difficult to sell.......1400psf can get one in city center already.

Sovo and sofo purely and legally can only used as opis...as stated in the non schedule spa.

Haha...if u watch enuf tvb dramas...u know that their studio unit sets are WAY far bigger than what majority hongkies stay de....

The average condo unit in hongkong abt 400sq nia....

I dunno how the new gen think these days.....even if you buy one for own stay....how long u can stay in 460sq 'room'?

I would say most units are and will be sapued by investors.

Maybe owner disable the smoke alarm and sprinkle system.
If fire happened...insurance wont cover lioa...

According to my knowledge all offices must have smoke alarm and water sprinkle system...and main door cant fix grilles.

Yes it is until the floor they release today. Cannot finish entire block today as the booking they receive is more than 600. But total unit for 430sf is around 800+. So how can entire block smile.gif

The 70% is housing loan.
