Yes my opinion that the private viewing though organized well - no mad rush but the info presented were in small print - I was the many who can't see it well. I must thank one particular participant there to raise hell that selected floors (odd vs even floors) were excluded from the first batch of viewers 1-300

If you see the layout, it will only permit either pantry or living area not both. Also not sure whether drain, water supply and electricity points will be provided or not.

Did anyone calc the per sqft for the preview units vs the current units avail at M-suites or other current condos along Jalan ampang?

err... they are selling one block only... i believe your agent show u the layout right... haha... 299k should be the lowest floor... and only 24 units for grabs for that particular level? i think its quite rational to assume this even they didn't inform i guess... and 700 ppl snatching for 24 units... poof... gone in 10 mins maybe.... just that the price increment for each floor really higher than usual... sweat.gif sweat.gif

generally nett pricing wise... this project still lower than most of it in term of psf.... launching nett price vs launching nett price...

I read u Aaron but there's was supposed to a balloting for the very limited units. The dev ppl tells me then that the balloting was decidedly cancelled.
We will queue overbite even if there's a ballot for one 299k unit. πŸ˜‚

yeah... i think many kena also.... a few things changed i guess in the event.... and if ppl still going for it... means there are value for this project... despite all the negativity....

My own feel was that I was too ambitious aka greedy when presented by a development to ANY units below 300k. I guess our mindsets is not being used to see such lower offers in a historical perspective. Hope more developers will come onboard and not shortchange us buyers.
