The buyer in the write up seems very positive. Density is the killer but i think if can only afford 300k prop now, i think this location, cannot be picky already. Lol. At least, new generation buyers take action to own a piece in kl city centre rather than jus complaining and do nothing..or want big house n relying on FAMA support.
