so it is count by total deposited.

i ain't sure.. i thought i can claim 6k in y2019 e-filing, since i didnt claim in yr2018

If can do like this then it will be abused.

Claim 6k 1st year then withdraw all in 2nd year.

Claim 6k again in 3rd year and withdraw all in 4th year.

You only save 6k but you claim 12k from tax relief, if this make sense to you or LHDN then I'm more than happy to follow your way.

Quick question. Currently me and a partner setup a partnership company doing IT. So we need to file 1 borang P for the partnership and my partner and I individually file borang B for the money we take from the partnership? Is this correct?

ok, i put my my actual maxis oneplan + oneshare + wirelessbb bill summary below.

which is the proper claims for Lifestyle Relief?  biggrin.gif
Method 1: Claim wirelessbb RM48 only?

Method 2: Claim wirelessbb + oneplan + oneshare = RM48 + RM98 + RM48?
Based on recent LHDN email reply posted earlier, Method 2 is acceptable.

Note: All bills are fully paid in 2017 (not that i can run away from not paying without line suspension). No issue to provide payment records.

this is monthly bill, we we didn't manage to download all bill in 2017 but maxis provided summary of bill basically it is just showing how much you pay per month, can that be used ?

Hi,

I just login to my exHasil and found that in my e-lejer, I have Baki Lejar3 = -20,500

What does it mean? IRB still owes me money?

How can I claim it back?

thanks

That amount should include YA2018 PCB deduction.
You should check the yearly breakdown instead.

Do I Need to Pay Income Tax?

If you are a resident of Malaysia earning :

Above RM34,000 per year (after EPF deductions) or RM2,833. 33 per month (after EPF deductions)
Above RM38,202.25 per year (before EPF deductions) or RM3,183.52 per month (before EPF deductions)

Hey guys, let's say my salary only 3k, I don't have to pay income tax. But do I still need to declare my income?
