I am in the process of compiling tax return for my grabcar income.....

Please advise me the basis to apportion the petrol and maintenance expenses for  personal usage and business usage (in this case transporting grabcar riders)...for tax deduction purpose.

If there is any articles that I can refer to then it will be lovely.  smile.gif

Normally it is 1/3 for business, 2/3 for personal

Say one registered a small partnership with SSM (with spouse) in June 2017 but only start selling in July 2017.

Is filling Form B required even if the business makes a slight loss in period ending 31/12/2017 (only start seeing profit in 2018)?

Also, can fill returns jointly or separate? (spouse not working, merely a sleeping partner).

your pcb is not enough to pay your tax (rm467.50). so u must add another rm85.70 to full-fill your tax.
