Hey guys. I don't know  how to ask this..
But the thing is this..

I am starting to work in internet marketing, so my pay usually come to my paypal account.
So do I have to pay for tax? Or the tax is automatically deducted when I transfer from my paypal account?
*
Tax won't be automatically deducted in Paypal.

yea with allowance total income 4.5k
*
Maybe your HR treat the allowance as bonus.

It's better for you to check with your company payroll team.

Besides, some company may be still using the old PCB table dated 2012.

Fixed recurring allowance is taxable.

Does it prescribe by the doctor? I doubt glasses are considered medical expenses for parents.

need to keep receipt or as long as the allowances  are kept within that range then is fine?

any source in case nd to argue with irb
*
If it's tax exempt, no need to keep the receipts as I believe you'll be submitting the original receipts to your HR for claim or reimbursement.

Your HR is responsible to put that amount into Section G.

If taxable, then no need to keep since it already incurs tax.

what about general allowance?under which category?
my fren co has general allowance max 6k even no rec also can claim..
*
Different company has different practice or policy of defining it.

General allowance up to RM 6k should be:

QUOTE
Petrol card, petrol allowance, travelling allowance or toll payment or any of its combination for official duties. If the amount received exceeds RM6,000 a year, the employee can make a further deduction in respect of the amount spent for official duties. Records pertaining to the claim for official duties and the exempted amount must be kept for a period of 7 years for audit purpose.

Guys, just to check..so there is no % rate cut announced in budget? I recall they touted it as one of the measure when GST was introduced last time..
*
The new tax rate upon the implementation of GST is already in effect this year (2015) from Budget 2015. It'll affect those which have annual taxable income below RM 1 million. All tax brackets could observe a reduction of 1 to 3%.

However, starting 2016, those earning annual taxable income above RM 600k will see an increase of 3 to 4%

QUOTE
The threshold for the top income tax rate has been raised to RM600,000 and above, from RM400,000 and above previously, and the maximum tax rate - reduced last year from 26% to 25% - has been increased to 28%.

For those earning chargeable income of RM600,000 to RM1mil, their tax rate has been lifted from 25% to 26%; while those making more than RM1mil will be taxed 28%.

Last year the rich had got a reprieve when the tax rate for those earning more than RM400,000 was cut from 26% to 25%.

If my pay slip got deduction pcd that's mean already pay income tax

No need to do anything ?

Whether that is sufficient or not, you need to assess later during the filing.

If you have relieves to claim back, you could have refund instead.

Sorry, newbie to income tax and filing. I would like to ask as I work in company A for 3 months in 2015 and the remaining 9 months in another company. In this case I will be subjected to two EA forms from the respective company?
*
During filing, you put your latest company No Majikan but you need to combine both EA forms for filing purpose.
