what luck....received love letter from LHDN for audit 2011.

broadband, books & sport resit don't know put where already

Good luck to you

1. received letter from LHDN about delay in tax refund
2. go LHDN office to submit all doc for audit
3. call LHDN on status bi weekly basis and they mention 'dah selesai', wait for another 2 week for refund
4. now is 2nd week, no refund yet but get another letter about i need to pay them 60++ WTH!!!

Based on the calculation, my PCB deduction was way higher than the 'tax dikenakan'.
Question is where is my extra PCB payment gone?
Plan to call them tmr morning, still thinking how to due with them.

how is the audit? Did they ask more than 1 year? I was asked for yr 2011.

My experience was a year only..but my fren got 2 years in a row kena audit.
and ya, they can ask up to 7years if they are not happy with the records

my tax rebate for for 2015 has been refunded but 2014 still not yet refund!

2nd time call on last week , it mentioned 'dah selesai', will refund and ask me to wait.

when I asked is it has any problem with my income tax, then it mentioned no problem. (so I never submit any documents as no letter request me to submit)

Yesterday receive a letter from LHDN dated 22 Apr 2016 that as of 17 April, I owe them RMxxx... Can't they send the reminder after 30-April-2016 ?? Waste paper resources :/

what did they do with those resit?

they will see the amount you claimed in borang submission year then compare it with the resit amount

will they stamp/chop on the resit?
are we allowed to bring back the resit after the audit?

.....the front desk will go thru those resits and photocopy those resit and will pass it to their officer for review at their convinence...the original was returned to me unharmed.

The book receipt won't write to whom it was given too.

you see all my resit show purchase in kl but i am living in jb.
so will income tax ask how come like that?

Hmmmm.... you can always drive to KL to buy books
