Is PCB/MTD compulsory from the employer? As the company does not do the monthly deduction from the employee's salary and then just pay the income tax yearly...

Since it's non-taxable, meaning cannot use it for claiming tax relief as well.

Have a question on COMPENSATION FOR LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT.

How to declare tax exemption for COMPENSATION FOR LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT in e-filling ?

In explanation note it stated to declare it in HK2 working sheet....but I cant find anyway in e-filling BE form for HK2, only HK6 link exist.

Say my total income is 100k, tax exemption from COMPENSATION FOR LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT is 40k.

Do I,

1) Put total income as 100k than declare the 40k tax exemption somewhere in the form ? if yes, where ?

2) Or straight away deduct the 40k and just put total income as 60k ? But than how LHDN know it is for COMPENSATION FOR LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT if i dont declare it.

Can anyone give some advise, thanks in advance.
