a wrong move in my opinions, you want and need the crowd.

all this is natural..meaning that the development failed to attract the crowd that they expected now want to punish the crowd that really like what you are providing..

i think just provide the more 'atas' things to do and enforce sticter rules and regulations to regulate the specific things that you dont want..ie penjaja or rempit..

even better if can integrate penjaja in your development..your way..your style..your rules..

For now GG still new so nvm, when it is matured need to do something about it. I think gamuda will do something about it, because they will make it as high end as possible. Their last phase is 10mil bungalow.

Guys this is demographics of the area. Please stop all these discrimination.

Poor people cannot enjoy the park? Unless its a private park within a condo or within a strata development like inside Illaria or in a condo yes.

Not a public park like Gamuda park.

Pleaae. We are all Malaysians entitled to fresh air and space.

And for those of you who srill have yoir nose up in the air Majlis Perbandaran Selayang will take over the park when Gamuda finishes the project not unlike Desapark city which is also scheduled to deliver their waterfront park to DBKL in due time.

I don't mind some of them, but not flooded with those people in the whole park. Especially those who didn't take care of the cleanliness of the park. Well anything can happen, maybe the management will take over for the park. Let's see it will be 10 to 15 years later

I believe if everyone keep the park clean there should be no problem. Some more I notice the park at Gamuda garden attracts mostly families with kids and younger couples, not like old time stereotypes where bad people hang out and destroy the place

I can probably vouch for this because I saw signboards in GG waterfront area for ATM and Autopay - so these two are definitely planned by GG but it's just a matter of time before they are introduced and enforced

Since GG is a pet-friendly park, some crowds might find it uneasy to see pets strolling around and this might make them to go elsewhere.

price is above 1m... but the floor plan is all 24x7x above... no 20x70.. altho u might ask if there is smalle or bigger unit..
