Bro I know what race you mean, I'm just saying an infrastructure itself doesn't create world class education. Teachers are easy to import but where is the supply of students? You first need a healthy pool of young families, are there enough? Would they be making GG their first choice for setting up their family?

Also please understand education is a business, no student = no multiplier effect on fees. It's not going to be sustainable and therefore it might revert to a white elephant.

Interested to know whether was there sufficient studies being done on the projected population in this area..

If they charge the premium higher which mean the prop higher value selangor state gov very good, so how about leasehold condo in selangor also 1k?

condo abit hard.... because u have to renew the strata title with approval from all owners... very hard to ensure everyone wont wanna sell their condo right... and if you proceed for normal renewal... u still got certain discount from the gov.... but if u opt for own stay renewal... the premium that they charged u subsequently when u sell does not entitle for the discount... so depends on how u plan for your renewal... haha
