I think nowadays International school/gov school had been a trend for every new landed development.. I hope they could also include internet (unifi/time) as their basic necessity before VP

Now people only look for good environment/security place to stay, not really care about leasehold or freehold..gamuda Valencia also leasehold right? Better than many freehold
