this one can skip latar highway compared to coalfields and EG, for those always travel to KL city center...
but GG quite isolated, while coalfields and EG were located around puncak alam which already have quite a few famous developer building that area

most importantly... the price tag doesnt match the level of commercial activities there... gamuda say they will build a very classy commercial square here in future... but got tenant come in or not is really another matter... this one is really wanna buy a bawang also need to pay toll punya project....

bawang dan cilli….tak payah…..kan ada kedai runcit around the kampung area, no?

even in the new rawang area, anggun commercial also half past six after vped for so long.

how Gamuda build a successful commercial is beyond everyone's guesses.

even wanna pay toll, where to go to get bawang aaron kor?

hmm...for example, coalfields resident if want go to kl (the fastest and less headache option) will hav to take latar & plus (rawang selatan entry) to reach kl...but this GG can directly connect to plus highway (save rm2.50 latar)

how can you compare like that...…

if both places wanna go meru leh???? devil.gif

if you wanna go KUL as daily routine, buy at any places above will only create driving fatique.

aeon rawang... lol... the kampung area doesnt looks safe to me also... dun think i will go and buy anything there...

if ppl say puncak alam is ulu and kampung... this GG location is genuinely kampung than you can see.... unless they gt super strong pulling power bring in alot of quality tenants into their commercial area....

if really got toll abolishment then is bonus lo...
or they keep toll but build mrt/lrt to these area in future also good enough since existing mrt terminal built in sg buloh while ktm can reach kuang and rawang there, got potential to extend those public transport oso

but wait few month see this how 1st...

Yeah. Agree with you.

Depending on your workplaces, there is no point to buy a house in Rawang if you work in PJ or KL. Gonna be in jam packed every morning and evening. sweat.gif

PJ still ok la... from GG or BSC... the most u need to jam is when u are nearer to your office... KL then abit susah la from these locations...
