most importantly... the price tag doesnt match the level of commercial activities there... gamuda say they will build a very classy commercial square here in future... but got tenant come in or not is really another matter... this one is really wanna buy a bawang also need to pay toll punya project....

Depending on your workplaces, there is no point to buy a house in Rawang if you work in PJ or KL. Gonna be in jam packed every morning and evening.  |
