I was quite surprised after i saw this prop's price.. imho, it was very expensive due to its location.. any insight why this is very costly?

Depending on your workplaces, there is no point to buy a house in Rawang if you work in PJ or KL. Gonna be in jam packed every morning and evening. sweat.gif
