Here is what Matrix's plan for BSS based on their IPO Prospectus in 2013:
Within Bandar Sri Sendayan township, there will be 1)schools and kindergarten, 2)police station and beat houses for police taskforce patrol services, 3)fire department, 4)petrol station, 5)mosque and surau, 6) supermarket and shopping centres, 7)medical centre and health clinic, 8)multi-purpose hall, 9)a 26-acre green park as well as 10) clubhouse with various sporting and recreation facilities as well as 11)pedestrian-friendly walkways and pavements, 12) landscaping, 13) fibre-optic backbone to cater for high speed broadband as well as 14) access roads linked to highways and surrounding areas. How much they have achieved from 2013 to 2015? |

FELLONA is near the club house and international school but farther away from the entrance. They both have their pros and cons, see what you prefer. |

Hi Elvina neighbors,
I heard alot of things in Balistar house alot of issues: - Water pressure low - A lot defects - Late on management response. Its not i want to promote bad things, but want to clarify things with you all if you all heard anythings like this from your frens/relatives. Its not a small amount money bought the house as we work hard for it. Kindly reply if you know anything about it. Thanks neighbors. |

Matrix came within 2 weeks to rectify the problem. Some other issues like doors unable to close properly have yet to be rectified due to sub-contractor. Spoken to neighbours and all, no major problems, some tiny cosmetic cracks on wall which is quite okay. Post #717 However, water pressure is a bit of a concern, below average for toilet sink as all the toilets are using the supply from the tank.
