Based on Matrix 30/9/2016 presentation slides both 330 units Elvia & 50 units Metro Park shop lots has been 100% sold.
Notice that Matrix wrongly stated Elvia completion year as 2018, it should be 2017 instead.
Besides that 98% of 385 units Suriaman 1 (Phase 1 &2), 97% of 64 unit Elymus, 95% of 21 units Suriaman Biz, 88% of 163 units Merchant Square 1, 76% of 124 units Suriaman 3, 59% of 232 unit Suriaman 2B, 56% of 339 units Fellona etc has been sold and will be VP in 2017/2018. Assume all remaining units sold and 30% occupancy rate for residential with 4 to 5 in a family by end of 2018, at least 2,000 residents will be moved to BSS.
Let not forget 1,500 air force personnel (7,500-8,000 if include family members) will be moved in stages during 2017 & 2018.
Plus existing Nusari & earlier Hijayu residents of approximately 30,000. By end of 2018 BSS should have at least 40,000 residents, the critical mass for a vibrant township achieve within 8 years from the first VPed of Nusari Bayu 1.
