How the house quality for Sendayan?

Elvira after discounts it's 515k if I'm not wrong.....20 x 80 ,big bu approx 2,700 st.....as for ainsdale...it's 22x75 bu.1900sf...price non bumi 538k....

HSR location at labu. You will still need to drive 5 to 10 mins.

quite near also. My last project in Labu was 5 years ago. doing shoplots. not sure how is labu now.
