Your analysis on paper looks good but you make a big assumption that all buyers will moved in to stay.
There are many buyers who are from Klang valley and buying for investments. I heard about 80-90% are from Klang Valley (unconfirmed) . If so, the population may take longer to build up.
BTW I hope you are right as I am also an interested buyer icon_rolleyes.gif

About 60% buyers are form KV not 89-90% based on Matrix's earlier announcement.

So true. Sounded like my house defect list. Mine is Elflorix.
The kitchen floor tiles water ponding issue after breaking the tiles and redo it's still d same. I lazy want to complain n wait again. Just accept it and continue with my reno.
