Hi guys, I'm new here and may i know will BSS confirm have the supermarket and the fast food retail (eg kfc/mcd/etc)? Previously i was heard 1 of their SA told me. To be straight to the point, i prefer to invest only and not for own stay. Any comment and opinion? Thx guys

Price range is acceptable like most other western restaurant. The food....... yummy!!!! If you want to invest here you need to wait for at least 5-7 years for the township to be semi mature then only value will go up.  Will the value go up? For sure! How much will it go up? That's hard to say, will need to factor in the economy of Malaysia, township and demography development in Seremban in the future.  If you are buying for own stay, that's going to be a good buy! Reasonable cost with large built-up, good facilities and well planned township! |
