SJKC Parit Tinggi Bandar Sri Sendayan under construction. 1st intake is Jan 2016, but i wonder if it is possible as there are still alot of work to be done.

According to the developer, Behind the sjkc there is a piece of land reserve for a college as well. Therefore within BSS we will have primary, secondary, and tertiary education all within a community.     

True, we can't be adding anymore new Sjkc, therefore any newly built sjkcs are shifted from somewhere else.

1) only the restaurants are opened to the public. The others not opened to the public
2) free access for 8 years only (they call it 8 terms with 1 term = 360 days?   Nt 365 days?
3) after the 8th year, there are 2 packages ie a) individual package- pay RM1K per year b) family package (inclusive of spouse & children), pay RM1,800 per year

Sure bro, i got a 1100sf (3R2B) condo in Sri Petaling are for RM300k. Market rate is  around Rm400k. 

I think basic touch up is needed, especially the toilet is a bit messy. 

But overall is still acceptable. 

Once cleaned up with simple furnishing, the rental of this unit can fetch around RM1800/month.
