Check on the Matrix Facebook, a lot of owner complaint on the quality issue (mainly leaking), slow response in job rectification and same leaking issue recurrence after repair.
For the new purchaser, any guarantee from Matrix developer on the coming phase? Do you all confident with the project?

Dextora (Loan reject unit) - 20x80, 2615 sqf - RM453329 (3+2% rebate from RM476888) - RM173 psf
Elvina (phase 3) - 22x80, 2807 sqf - RM531893 (3+2% rebate from RM559888) - RM189 psf
