There is also a 10 lane bowling alley with snooker centre and pub on the second floor of the club house.

Other than that, they have children's room, reading room, movie room, arcade (not done yet). SPA and beauty salon also available.

Non member will need to pay for the usage of facilities, i think RM10 per entry.

Myself still consider Alvina or Dextora (remained few units). Will decide it soon.

For the next coming phase - Suriaman will be start on similar price (5xxk) with Alvina based on sales person info but the location are far from Club house and Matrix Global school. Still prefer Alvina / Dextora.

At this moments, I think Sendayan metro park did not do well or even coming future due to the distance far away from residential areas.

Hopefully, Matrix going to manage well on the Merchant Square (Better location which near to residential areas, global school and club house) by bring in the good mix tenants.
I observe most of the commercial areas fail to attract tenants due to developer only sell the shop lot without self managed or assist to bring in good tenants.

Elvina and Dextora has good advantage for being nearest to club house and Matrix Global school.

Suriaman will probably be ok as well since it is on the main road and near Icon Park (future development).

Many things have to move in for this place to become ONG. State government offices, TUDM, technology park, Icon park, residence, student of Matrix Global School, SJKC, SMK, SKT, etc.

Bro damansara don't have TUDM leh....should build a big regional mall instead drool.gif drool.gif and then highway connecting seremban to KLIA then MEX highway extension from putrajaya drool.gif drool.gif

They are getting hypermarket and college or not??

Accessibility wise no problem, this is Mohamad Hassan's project he already taken care of the infra. cool2.gif

Hypermarket is right next to Merchant Square. Mall will be in Icon Park, One Utama concept wor! brows.gif

SJKC Parit Tinggi starting first intake in Jan 2016.

I think we should be extremely proud of this, just 6 years into development, BSS already has a chinese school starting intake in 2016. Land is 'donated' by state government (only cost RM1000), Matrix bear all the development cost.

I just learn that in Cyberjaya, after almost 20 years of development, they are finally going to build a chinese primary school soon. Land is donated by MCT, but have to raise RM14mil to build the campus.
