No wonder my statement always show so little only about the point, now only realized that

Is there any way we can know the total of point ? Only the way seek assist from counter ?

My card approved 2 weeks ago (PIN arrived, and I called their CS they confirmed approved) but still not yet arrived. AEON Watami. Any advise where to follow up? Scared poslaju notice lost ke...

The statement is not out yet but from the summary, it appears that the rebate for the 5% promo in July is not credited. It is supposed to be in in september's statement. Anyone received it or the pool is already maxed?

Is it necessary to receive the sms or need to send sms to aeon, for this promo?

Update : AEON so called expedited the WATAMI processing after messing with our application forms. MY wife collected her WATAMI card yesterday at MidValley. Still waiting for my compensation though. AEON has escalated to their top management for compensation approval. My target is to get this visible enough to the management for process improvement.

I have an assigned BNM and AEON staff working with us to identify the process loophole and suggest improvements. There is this bunch of unethical employees that change the product info so their sales quota/commission gets full filled. The moment the card approve, they get their commission and the victims are the customers stranded to re-apply/cancel.

WOW!!

However, the card agent would only get the commission after 6 months of the said card(s) remained active, I believe.

The statement balance stated in 'Credit Card Summary' is not tally with my own tracking . it was rm300 more and there is no unbill transaction of RM300 in my last check on 9th Sep. I was thinking this should be some pre-auth amount and it suppose it will not be posted to the statement

I am now waiting the real statement come out to verify what is the posting of the extra RM300. I have already received my MBB statement dated 12 Sep today, but Aeon still not ready yet. sad.gif

This is a normal bug from Aeon, experienced by others as well. I had the similar encounter earlier.
