Would like to ask, the bill that I can see there has deduct RM30 on the spot, is this rebate for Pinch of Salt card itself (birthday voucher) ??

And RM30 rebate from watami credit card will be credit in my next statement right ??

This is a normal bug from Aeon, experienced by others as well. I had the similar encounter earlier.

noob question:

my card anniversary (card approved date) from 12/6... so is the 3% cashback entitle for:

12/6-12/7
13/7-13/8
13/8-13/9

I just got my card approved by last month, I have few questions to ask.

1.My card approved by date 11/09/2015
What i need to do to get rebate beside spending RM5000 for 3% Quarterly Cash Rebate?

2.I has spent RM5000 on my insurance and RM3.50 on a Lazada purchase in September.
Isn't it the RM 50 WATAMI Dining Rebate will credit into my credit card account?


3.Base on the Watami FAQ statement as above.
Just to confirm isn't it the Watami card Capped at RM150 per quarter??
Because i see the statement, the 3% Cash Rebate and Watami Dining Rebate is separate.

4.How do i make payment thru Hong Leong Bank?
I got a sample at below, can correct me if it is not right?

Hi guys, I just looked at my latest e-statement (dated 10 Oct) and saw a weird transaction:

10 OCT 15 02 OCT 15 Payment Received - Thank You CR 50.00

Transaction date 2 October, Posting date 10 October - I'm certain I didn't make this RM50 payment! Does anyone know what it could be?

Most of the time, not even seen "9" showing in the receipt, so hard to get for double "99"

Anyone knows how can I check the currency rate charged by Aeon new credit card?

I noted that when I make payment in TWD , I was charged at rate which is lower than the notes rate offer in Mid valley money changer counter. (for reference only).

So I wonder is it when I spend at overseas, what is the rate charged by AEON? Is it gonna be lower too?

On another note, did anyone received another email from Aeon stating that they miscalculated our statement GST. So, this new statement is a revise from the previous one.

Aiya, the money is already in one. Just like normal GIRO to any bank but just that it takes a bit of time to be posted only.
This is the thing which I have least worry for all my cards when I perform GIRO from Maybank, I know I have paid on time and case closed for me, let banks do their job later. I only pay on the due date around 10am and they will get the money by 5 pm. No issue at all, for years already.

How do I redeem direct cash to offset outstanding balance?

Is the WATAMI credit card usefully if i want to use it as insurance payment?
I cant find any information on the first pages of the topics regarding on insurance.
